Who is DigiRight
DigiRight is a consulting company focused on the practical digitalization of small and medium-sized businesses. We help companies navigate technology, improve internal operations, and implement digital solutions in a way that delivers real value — saving time, increasing efficiency, and enabling better decision-making.
Our starting point is not the tools, but the business and the people behind it. We view digitalization as a managed transformation — a combination of well-chosen technologies, clear processes, and a team’s ability to adopt and sustainably use these changes. We work with proven diagnostic frameworks, map business processes, identify both quick wins and strategic priorities, and design solutions that match the company’s size and level of digital maturity.
DigiRight connects managerial, technological, and change-management perspectives. We don’t just help clients choose software; we primarily help them make the right decisions, set clear expectations, prepare people for change, and ensure that digitalization does not remain just a project, but becomes a natural part of the company’s everyday operations.
Pavol Fukatsch
I am an expert in AI governance and digital regulation, and at DigiRight I help small and medium-sized businesses implement artificial intelligence responsibly, safely, and in compliance with EU regulations. In addition to working in the public sector, I have also been involved in international consulting and collaborated on projects for major technology clients.
At DigiRight, I connect regulation, international standards, and practical recommendations into clear, actionable steps that can be implemented in practice — particularly in the areas of AI, cloud, and data governance. My goal is to ensure that clients can digitalize with confidence: efficiently, sustainably, and without unnecessary risks.
Martin Reguli
I am an analyst of digital competitiveness and digital transformation, and at DigiRight I focus on the strategic and practical implementation of digitalization in companies. I help clients understand where digitalization truly makes sense, how to approach it realistically, and how to turn it into measurable improvements in business operations.
My experience connects the public sector, the international environment, and corporate practice. For more than ten years, I have also collaborated with the National Union of Employers of Slovakia on topics related to skills development, innovation, and the digital readiness of companies.
At DigiRight, I bring proven international practices, an analytical perspective, and hands-on experience in supporting businesses, complemented by modern training in the field of artificial intelligence. My goal is to help companies digitalize with confidence — step by step, clearly, and in a way they can sustainably maintain in practice.
